F5ive Futsal (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates www.f5ivefutsal.com (the “Site”) to provide information, registration, and updates related to our futsal leagues, training sessions, and events.

By visiting our Site, registering for a program, or participating in any of our offerings, you agree to these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.
If you do not agree, please do not use our Site or services.

• All registrations must be completed through our official website or by authorized F5ive Futsal staff.
   
• Full payment is required at the time of registration unless otherwise noted.
   
• The registration fee is non-refundable once a player is registered.
   
• F5ive Futsal reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions, leagues, or events due to weather, facility conflicts, or unforeseen circumstances.
   
• In the event of a program cancellation initiated by F5ive Futsal, refunds or credits may be issued at our discretion.
   

• Players who withdraw before the program start date may receive a partial refund, minus administrative fees, if requested in writing.
   
• No refunds will be issued after the program has begun, except in verified medical emergencies (documentation required).
   
• F5ive Futsal reserves the right to remove any participant from a program for unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior without refund.
   

Participation in futsal and related training involves inherent physical risks, including the potential for injury.
By registering for or participating in any F5ive Futsal program, you acknowledge and voluntarily accept these risks.

You agree that F5ive Futsal, its staff, partners, and affiliates are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage that may occur during participation.
Parents and guardians registering minors confirm that they understand and accept these terms on behalf of their child(ren).

By registering for a F5ive Futsal program, you grant F5ive Futsal permission to capture and use photos and/or video recordings that may include you or your child for promotional purposes, including but not limited to:

• Social media posts (Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
   
• Advertising and promotional campaigns
   
• Website galleries, highlight reels, and marketing materials
   

These materials may be used without additional notice or compensation.

To opt out of media use, please contact info@f5ivefutsal.com prior to the start of the program. 

All text, graphics, images, and other content found on this website are the property of F5ive Futsal or its licensors and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not:
